Idaho Springs and Old Tyme Pics

After the climb to Mount Evans we stopped at a neat small mountain town at the turn to Mount Evans off of I-70 called Idaho Springs. It had lots of little shops and of course a train to climb on, which Alexis loved. It had a full size buffalo, which Eric liked and a really old horse to ride on, which was only 25 cents a ride - amazing!!! But the best thing we did in this town was mommy and Alexis played dress up and had our picture taken - old tyme style. Alexis had a blast and wanted to do it again when we were done...they said we had a little Marilyn Monroe on our hands. She had a little trouble with the no smile, serious face look but after a while she got the hang of it. I posted some of my favorites on the side of the website too.
